LITTLE TIKES ARE BACK!Little tikes kids cooking class
Our “Little Tikes” Cooking Class series is designed for children ages 5-8 yrs. old, and is a parent-child class where everything is hands on! Kids will get their hands dirty measuring, playing and making food that enhances brain development and stimulates learning. Parents will leave with a greater understanding of how foods affect children’s attention, mood, sleep and energy all the while exploring how to make food fun and exciting for kids. Recipes are 100% gluten, dairy and soy free recipes for eaters big and small – omnivore and vegan options for all recipes

Class 1: Hands on Breakfast, Saturday Feb. 22, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Recipes include: Breakfast Muesli with Banana, Mini Frittata Muffins, Coconut Flour Pancakes with Blueberry Sauce, Almond-Oat Powerball Snackers, Green Monster Smoothie, Pumpkin Amaranth Cakes
