It’s about time I fill you in on a cookbook I am both super proud of and super excited about! In the midst of working on The Cook-With Project, an on-going project in which I am cooking 12 seasonal dinner menus (one for each month) with groups of friends, co-workers and families, I have been scheming the release of another wonderful book of my recipes.
In just a few short weeks, I will be announcing the arrival of my first solo cookbook, entitled Essential Sauces + Sides. This versatile, all vegan cookbook features over 40 of my original sauces, fritters and vegetable recipes that pull a meal together. I truly believe that these recipes are some of the most essential to learn in order to feel more adept, comfortable, and satisfied in the kitchen.
