Menus are 100% gluten and dairy free with vegan and omnivore options.  We can customize menus according to your healthcare provider’s instructions, or to your specific food preferences.

Weekly meal plans range from 6-12 fresh meals, 2-4 smoothies and 2-4 snacks each week, by pick up or delivery.
