Ingredients:
brown rice
spelt flour
sea salt
ghee or olive oil
watercress or scallions or greens, minced
1 T. lemon zest or 1/2 Tablespoon spiced of choice
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients except the flour until well blended.
2. Add in flour slowly until rice become “ball-able” , adding more oil as needed.
3. Form into cakes of any size and place on an oiled baking tray. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until crispy on the outside. Serve with sauce of choice.
