Yields 3/4 cup dressing.
3 tablespoons tamari
1 T. wasabi paste or horseradish
3 T. tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
2 T mirin
1/4 cup vegetable oil or coconut water
1 T. toasted sesame oil
Mix all ingredients and drizzle over salad or vegetables.
