Pineapple Glaze
Yields 1/2c
Ingredients:
Pineapple Juice 4c
Rice Vinegar 1/4c
Salt 2t more to taste
Method:
Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan and reduce until a sticky, thick consistency is reached, about 30 minutes. Allow to cool, cover and refrigerate.
Suggested Uses: Delicious drizzled on vegetable, shrimp or chicken skewers.
