How to Enjoy Your Food Before the First Bite


Gratitude. It’s the secret seasoning that’s undetectable in a well prepared dish or in a perfectly ripe peach. Yet, it’s the one thing you can always “sprinkle” on your food just before you eat that makes everything taste better. I promise. This week’s inspiration is clean and simple: take a moment once a day to show gratitude for the farmers who grow your food, the folks who transported and sold it to you, and especially the loving people who prepared it for you (even if that is yourself).
