There are never too many cooks in the kitchen at The Portland Kitchen! The students did an amazing job preparing a seasonal dinner for 80 people, practicing some of what they’ve learned so far in their after-school program taught by Chef Arielle. I love helping out with this group, they do amazing work empowering high school students with the skills and work ethic to get jobs and also have the ability to cook well for life in general!
